COMPLETE ONLINE RETURN REQUEST

Boat Propeller Warehouse will not accept any returned goods without prior approval. All unapproved returns will be denied, and returned to sender.

All returns must be made within 14 days of recieving the propeller or other ordered items.

Returns are subject to inspection by the Boat Propeller Warehouse Pro Staff. Any damages or imperfections in a returned item resulting from customer use will be returned to the customer. All item inspections are done so at the complete discretion of the Boat Propeller Warehouse Pro Staff.

Warranty returns/exchanges should be filed immediately after noticing damage or imperfection to assure manufacturer assistance and replacement.







 

RECEIVE RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Please allow 24-36 business hours for your return information to be reviewed. Return request may be denied if filed after 30 days of receiving the ordered items, or if the item is deemed non-returnable by the Boat Propeller Warehouse Pro Staff.

Upon receiving email notification for approval of a return request please print the emails attached PDF file and include the return authorization paper in the box being used to return the item.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Any item that has been installed, or attempted to be installed.

Any item not in original packaging, in altered packaging, missing original manuals, literature, or documents

Closeout items

Any OEM electrical parts

Left hand (LH) rotating propellers.

Lab/Pro finished propellers.

Any propeller classified as a Mercury "Racing" propeller.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee

**Boat Propeller Warehouse does not send out props to "test", once a prop, hub kit, etc has been used it is non-returnable.**

PACKAGE AND SHIP BACK

Once you have received your return authorization, pack the items securely. Please be sure any old shipping labels and barcodes have been removed from the box you use

Please be sure to send your return using an insured and track-able shipping company. While we recommend and encourage you to use the provider that made the original delivery (UPS, USPS, SpeeDee), you may use any shipping company that’s most convenient for you.

Don’t forget to include the email attached PDF return authorization form for a quick convenient refund/replacement processing!

RECEIVE REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

It's that easy 1, 2, and 3. Within 2-3 business days of Boat Propeller Warehouse receiving the returned/exchanged item we will either send you a replacement or refund you for the purchase.

Boat Propeller Warehouse will not refund the cost of the original shipping.
