Making a Purchase
Boat Propeller Warehouse makes purchasing the propeller you need as effortlessly as possible. Simply browse the available propellers by selecting a brand catalog, sort by the type of propeller you are interested in, and then click "ADD TO CART". Once you have found the propeller you desire simply select the "SHOPPING CART" in upper right corner of the page. From there you can modify your cart order and proceed with payment. Upon completion of an order you will recieve an Order Confirmation email.
Our goal is to provide you with correct and up-to-date fitment information for the available propellers, however, Boat Propeller Warehouse will not be held responsible for any of the fitment information provided. The fitment information listed is taken directly from the OEM manufacturer catalogs, and are up-dated yearly. By visiting the "Contact Us" page we can assist you with any fitment concerns you may have.
Payment - Shipping
Boat Propeller Warehouse accepts all major credit card brands; American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard. Boat Propeller Warehouse now accepts PayPal payments as well! It is the policy of Boat Propeller Warehosue the order must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card, if the billing address of the credit and shipping address don't match your order will be declined.
**All shipments valued over $500 must be signed for at the time of delivery, no exceptions!**
Please be sure you want something before you order it! Please be aware that in some situations an item has to be ordered from our distributors. Once your item has processed and shipped to us from the manufacturer or distributor, there is no stopping it!! Cancellation of an item or order at this point will be subject to the "Returns and Exchanges" policy and possbile restocking fee charge.
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by this reference, further outlines the policies and procedures of the Boat Propeller Warehouse Return Policy. The main points of the Return Policy are listed below;
- Non Returnable Items: Any item that has been installed (or attempted to be installed), Left hand (LH) rotating propellers, Lab/Pro finished propellers, any item not in original packaging
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
Boat Propeller Warehouse stocks a large supply of Mercury, Honda, Evinrude Johnson, Quicksilver, Michigan Wheel, and Solas propellers! If the propeller is not in our immediate inventory we will special order it for you direct from the OEM manufacturer. A typical special order will take 2-3 days to arrive at our facility, at which point the item will be forwarded from us on to you that same day! Propeller stock is kept at a minimum in the winter months and more often likely needed to be special ordered. In the instance of a backordered special order you will be contacted, please see "Back Orders" listed below.
Boat Propeller Warehouse will accept and ship international orders. However, WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARDS. All international orders must be paid for using PayPal, or if you would like to message us we can provide you with wire transfer instructions.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reached your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Any and all orders abandoned or refused delivery forfeit refund.
Payment of international orders must be made via PayPal or wire transfer, no exceptions. We do not accept international credit cards.
If your item is not in our immediate stock, or the immedaite stock of the OEM manufacturer, your order will be placed on backorder. In the event of a backorder you will be notified once via email, at which point you will be given the option to cancel your order, or wait for the item to be available.
For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be applied to all in state orders (WI). All other orders are tax free.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
